AI consulting and implementation for small businesses

Bots that do work
for your team.

We set your business up on leading AI agent software, add our own improvements so it learns how you work, and keep it getting smarter every week. Your bots take the busywork. Your people decide.

  • For teams of 1 to 50
  • Lives in Teams or Slack
  • Nothing goes out without a person
Why most AI falls flat

A new AI is a smart new hire on day one.

It writes well and works fast. But it doesn't know your vendors, who handles what, or how you like things said. So every request starts from zero, and your team ends up fixing the same things again and again.

We fix that by giving every bot the one thing it's missing: how your business actually works.

A brand-new AI assistantDay one, no context
  • Knows: Writes clearly and quickly
  • Knows: Summarizes long documents
  • Doesn't know: Your vendors and their quirks
  • Doesn't know: Who on your team does what
  • Doesn't know: Your rules, your templates, your tone
Every request starts from zero. Your people become full-time editors.
What MySiBots does

AI consulting and implementation, done for you.

We aren't another app for your team to learn. We set up the best AI agent software for your business, then add our own in-house improvements so it knows your work and can do it.

The engine

Leading AI agent software

We pick the always-on AI agent that fits your team, set it up in the chat you already use, and manage it for you. Your seats are billed by the AI provider.

Your Second Brain

How your business works, written down for AI: your people, vendors, rules and workflows. Every bot reads it before it lifts a finger.

Your company handbook, written for AI.

We interview your team, watch how the work really gets done, and write it down in plain language. Every bot reads it before it lifts a finger, so it starts the day knowing what your best people know.

Works with any AI tool

We pick the tool that fits you today. If a better one comes along, your knowledge moves with you.

Never holds customer data

Names, account numbers and personal details stay in your own systems. The brain holds how you work, not who you work for.

How it works

From first conversation to a smarter team, in four steps.

You stay the expert on your business. We're the experts at getting it out of people's heads and putting it to work.

    Smarter every week

Your bots note what they learn. Every Friday the lessons are reviewed and the brain is updated. By Monday, every bot knows more.

    Ongoing, month to month
Our promise

AI drafts. People approve.

The bots prepare the work; your people make the calls. That isn't a setting we hope you switch on. It's how we build every single workflow.

Bots never send

Emails, quotes and replies land as drafts. A person reads, edits and presses send.

Customer data stays put

The brain holds procedures and lessons only. Automatic checks catch and remove anything that looks like customer details.

Every change is reviewed

When a bot learns something, it suggests an update. Nothing changes until a person approves it.

Only the access it needs

Each bot gets the narrowest access that does the job. Never one master key to everything.

The weekly loop

It gets smarter every week.

Your team's corrections don't disappear into a chat history. They become lessons every bot learns from.

  1. Work

Bots draft the routine jobs your team hands them.

  2. Correct

Your people fix what's off, the way they always would.

  3. Note

The bot writes the fix down as a lesson, with no customer details.

  4. Propose

On Friday, the week's lessons become suggested updates.

  5. Approve

A person approves them. On Monday, every bot knows more.

A team member edits a draft

Please send your invoice when it's ready with our purchase order number on it. They need it on every invoice now.

The bot logs a lesson

This supplier now needs our PO number on every invoice. Suggest adding it to vendor-invoices.

See the difference

13 steps became 8. 4 loops became 1.

Every engagement starts with a map of how one job really runs today, mess and all. Then we show the same job with bots doing the busywork and people making the calls.

Sandbox Roofing is made up, and these numbers are typical rather than measured. Your audit maps your own job, and we agree target numbers with you up front, then report against them every month.

Who it's for

  • Insurance agencies
  • Real estate offices
  • Title and closing teams

Questions

Straight answers.

Something we didn't cover? Email hello@mysibots.com and a real person will answer.

Will this replace my staff?

No. The bots take the first pass at routine work (drafts, summaries, checklists, follow-ups) so your people spend their time on judgment and on customers. A person approves everything that goes out.

Do my people need to learn new software?

No. The bots live in the chat tool you already use, Microsoft Teams or Slack. If you use neither, we'll set up a free Slack workspace for you. Asking a bot for help feels like messaging a coworker.

Do I need new computers?

Usually not. The bots run in the cloud, so they work from almost any office computer with a modern browser. The free readiness check will tell you for sure, machine by machine.

What happens to our information?

Your Second Brain holds how you work, never details about your customers. It lives in a private, access-controlled repository with every version kept, and every change is reviewed before it lands.

You own its content. If you ever decide to leave, you get a full export.

Which AI do you use?

Leading AI agent software, whichever fits your business best. Today that's usually an always-on team bot that lives in your chat, but we aren't tied to any one vendor. Because your Second Brain is plain files, it moves with you if the tools change.

The AI provider bills its seats to you directly, typically $40 to $125 per seat a month. Our fees cover the setup, the Second Brain, SiBot Hands and the ongoing care.

How long does it take?

The audit is half a day. Rollout is a single day on site, with two hours of hands-on training built around your team's own work. Then we check in over the next 30 days to tighten things up.

What if the bot gets something wrong?

That's expected, and it's why a person reviews every draft. When your team corrects something, the bot logs it as a lesson. Once it's approved, every bot stops making that mistake.
